Candidates must demonstrate:
• Experience of working within a multidisciplinary and multi-stakeholder environment in support of service goals and objectives.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering agreed objectives within defined timeframes.
• Strong organisational, analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience in preparing reports, presentations, briefing papers and performance information for senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare services and current health policy relating to integrated care and chronic disease management.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Experience supporting change management and quality improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Sláintecare and Integrated Care Programme principles and priorities.
