There is currently 1 permanent whole-time vacancy available in in Regional Health Area Dublin South East covering Integrated Health Areas of South Dublin Wicklow, Waterford Wexford and Carlow, Kilkenny South Tipperary.
Location of Post: will be agreed with successful candidate on appointment but base must be located within the Region.
A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Grade V Admin Officer Disability Services, Placement Planning & Review Team from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

• Administrative and organisational experience
Candidates must have significant experience of working in a busy office environment, managing competing demands and multiple concurrent work activities, including diary management and the organisation of meetings relevant to the role.
• Professional communication and stakeholder engagement
Candidates must have experience of professional written communication, including the preparation of correspondence, reports and other business documentation, together with experience of dealing effectively with senior managers and key internal and external stakeholders.
• Data management and ICT skills
Candidates must have experience of managing large volumes of data and using this information to support and inform decision-making, together with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
