• Have significant health sector management experience which should include financial and people management.
• Have proven ability in developing and implementing plans at a strategic and operational level.

• Have experience in the delivery of a safe and quality service through multidisciplinary and cross sectoral working.
• Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office
