There is currently one permanent, whole-time vacancy available in IHA Dublin South Wicklow Primary Location Hawthorns Stillorgan. Secondary Location Bray Co. Wicklow (No travel time or payment applies to going from home to either base location)

Candidates must demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in the assessment and management of adults with intellectual disability +/- Autism and/or physical disability, including individuals with complex disability related needs, mobility, postural, or sensory needs relevant to the role.
Applicants must demonstrate experience in trauma-informed and person-centred clinical practice, recognising the impact of trauma, communication differences, and sensory processing needs on engagement with therapy and participation in daily life.
Candidates should demonstrate experience in the assessment and management of complex nutritional needs, including:

Malnutrition and nutritional risk

Dysphagia-related nutritional management in collaboration with Speech and Language Therapy

Enteral feeding and specialist nutritional interventions

Nutrition in complex medical or neurological conditions

Behavioural or sensory-related eating difficulties.
Applicants must demonstrate experience working within a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals with complex and high support needs, contributing to integrated assessment, care planning and coordinated interventions.
Candidates should demonstrate experience delivering dietetic services in community-based settings, including collaboration with families, carers, residential services and community providers.
Applicants should demonstrate experience contributing to evidence-based research, clinical governance, service development, quality improvement initiatives and practice education within dietetic services and disability or similar complex services.
