The Relief Support Worker will provide person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities within Day Services located in Tipperary Town, Cashel, and Thurles. The role focuses on supporting individuals to maximise independence, develop life and social skills, and participate meaningfully in community, educational, recreational, and vocational activities.

This is a relief panel position offering flexible hours on an as-required basis across Day Service locations. Flexibility is required to support service needs across different centres and programmes.

The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and will support the implementation of individualised support plans in line with HIQA standards and organisational policies. The role involves promoting inclusion, dignity, choice, and active participation while contributing to a positive and supportive environment for service users.
