CRC Adult Day Services is seeking Community Support Workers who want to be part of an energetic, person‑centred service that’s transforming how adults with complex needs are supported to live full, self‑directed lives. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals to progress their personal goals through a Person‑Centred Planning (PCP) process aligned with HSE New Directions, while also providing individualised personal care where needed.
