• Candidates must be able to demonstrate evidence of a significant track record in leading and implementing service improvement within a health system and/or possess a qualification of relevance to same

• The candidate will be required to understand the complexity and dynamics associated with change in the health and social care sector and the wider Neuro-Rehabilitation Strategy. They will understand the challenges of leading a change programme with technology and process change, interdependencies and HR challenges
