Post specific related information
• Demonstrate depth and breadth of professional knowledge and experience across the CNM2 scope of nursing in Gerontology / Older People Services as relevant to the role.
• The CNM2 in residential care will be required take on the Safeguarding Delegated Officer Role.
• As the post holder will deputise in the absence of DON/PIC, he/she must have experience in nursing care of the older person within the last six years.
• Be flexible in their approach to rostering arrangements
