Post specific related information
• Demonstrated experience managing a whole site or multiple units on night duty, including clinical decision-making, incident and risk management, and co-ordination of emergency responses, with evidence of safe and effective out-of-hours service delivery.
• Proven ability to implement, monitor and ensure compliance with HSE and HIQA standards, local policies and regulatory requirements for Older Persons Residential & Rehabilitation Services during night duty.
• Evidence of effective leadership and supervision of nursing and multidisciplinary staff on night duty, including clear communication, autonomous decision-making, and structured handover and reporting to day management and governance structures.
