• Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in Theatre Services as relevant to the role. In particular General Surgery, colorectal and Obstetrics as these make up the vast part of the service.
• Demonstrate evidence of management skills relevant to the role.
• Post Graduate qualification in Peri-Operative Nursing. Foundation course is not sufficient.
