The Chef 2 should have completed a Primary Food Hygiene Course. And have successfully undertaken or be willing to undertake the following or equivalent approved training programme
• Management of Food Hygiene Course
• IDDSI Training
If the successful candidate has not completed these courses, he/she will be required to do so, and the necessary training will be provided.
