Post specific related information
The post holder will work as part of an established cross border team. He/she will be a suitably experienced HR practitioner who will be responsible for the implementation of the CAWT HR agenda. The HR priorities focus on four themes: cross border workforce mobility; developing a network of HR practitioners; developing HR capacity in partner organisations and provision of HR advice and support to the CAWT initiative. The Human Resources & Workforce Mobility Manager will lead across all of these themes.
The post holder will work closely with and support the work of HR staff in all partner organisations. The post holder will facilitate and contribute towards project planning, development and delivery as part of the CAWT SMT and provide support to a range of funded/non funded projects.
