A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (Mental Health) from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in Mental Health nursing as relevant to the role, including:
- Experience of working across a wide variety of Mental Health Services.
- Experience of policy development and translating policy into action.
- Experience of quality audit/assurance systems.
