Demonstrate depth and breadth of nursing management experience in an acute setting as relevant to the role. Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in HR management as relevant to the role. Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience of Operational Management (including bed management, staffing, nursing site management) as relevant to the role. Demonstrates the clinical knowledge to identify the deteriorating patient and communication skills to escalate care as appropriate. • Demonstrate the ability to work a flexible roster over nights and days to meet service need. There is a significant amount of night duty as part of this role
